VORTEX Warranty
VORTEX products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
The warranty period is: 1-YEAR VORTEX WARRANTY
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty may not cover:
• Accidental damage • Misuse or improper use • Improper installation • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by neglect • Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose
WARRANTY CLAIM
WARRANTY VERIFICATION
To make a warranty claim, customers should contact VORTEX Support and provide:
VORTEX may request additional information, photos, videos or documentation to determine whether an issue is covered under warranty.
• Order number • Product serial number, when applicable • Description of the issue • Photos or videos when requested
If a valid warranty claim is approved, VORTEX may, at its discretion and according to the applicable warranty terms, repair the product, replace the affected product or component, or provide another appropriate resolution.
Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable VORTEX warranty terms and local consumer protection laws.
