3. Compatibility

Certain VORTEX products are designed to work with existing hydroflight equipment and may require a compatibility assessment before purchase.

Customers may be required to provide detailed photographs or additional information regarding their existing equipment before an order can be approved.

VORTEX reserves the right to decline an order if the existing equipment is determined to be unsuitable, unsafe or incompatible with the selected product.

4. Y-Pipe inspection

Y-Pipe Condition & Inspection

For VORTEX upgrade products requiring an existing Y-Pipe, customers may be required to submit detailed photographs of the Y-Pipe before the order is approved.

The purpose of this inspection is to document the condition of the existing component and determine compatibility before installation.

VORTEX may approve an installation subject to customer acceptance if the component presents visible wear, damage, corrosion, deformation or other conditions that may affect performance or sealing.

If a customer chooses to proceed with an upgrade using an existing component that does not fully meet VORTEX's recommended condition requirements, the customer acknowledges that the existing component may contribute to leakage, performance issues or other problems after installation.

VORTEX Performance Hose products are inspected by the VORTEX technical team before shipment.

The inspection is intended to verify the condition of the product prior to dispatch and does not represent a guarantee of service life or performance under every operating condition.

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product page, no additional manufacturer warranty is provided beyond any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.

6. Refund Policy

We want every VORTEX order to be clear and transparent.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, its condition and the applicable consumer protection laws in the customer's country.

Customers should contact VORTEX before returning any product.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what was ordered, please contact VORTEX as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.

Used products

Products that have been installed, used in water or modified may be subject to different return conditions.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances outside VORTEX's control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive available tracking information.

8. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

VORTEX will provide accurate commercial documentation and declare the actual transaction value of the order. We do not undervalue shipments or declare false information to reduce customs charges.
